1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 orange juice spacings, for garnish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white ground cinnamon
1 8 ounce can pineapple juice
2 kirsch (maraschino cherries)
In a blender or food processor, combine coconut milk, brown sugar and orange juice. Blend briefly on medium speed.
Combine pineapple juice and kirsch. Blend in orange juice. Chill by steaming for at least 1 minute, adding more cold water if necessary to thicken. Serve immediately.
