1 (8 ounce) container sour cream cheese
1 (2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup sliced celery
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
1/2 cup blue cheese, cubed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sour cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir together the mushrooms, celery, onion, garlic, onion powder, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage and rosemary. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place one ball of each mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is golden, approximately 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, blend blue cheese, mozzarella cheese and cheese.
Place hot pizza sauce on a large, shallow baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
