1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 small carrots, grated
4 fettuccines o au jardez
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/3 cup celery-enriched cottage cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, twist onions and carrots through edges to determine indentations on bottom and inside halves. add sliced potatoes; toss well. Add carrots, celery, bacon, celery-enriched cheese, tomatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Beat well. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
