1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 1/2 tablespoons dry white wine
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, oregano, basil and salt; cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
Stir wine into pasta mixture. Garnish with olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
