1 cup margarine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons rum flavored rum
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, grease a 9x9 inch pan. Stir together margarine, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, rum and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over greased pan and let cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
I life threw this cookie in the oven half expecting it to bake thin but it did not However, it was very good and very different. This is something I will make often as it is very easy to make.
