1 (2 pound) whole chicken, cubed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon paprika
Place chicken/celery in a large dish or bowl and steam for about 15 minutes, until crisp and cooked through.
Mix celery, onion, lemon juice, paprika, salt, dried dill and paprika in 2 small glasses and lightly toast over a hot grill.
