Easy Corn Whiskey Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups corn

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup corn syrup

1 (3 ounce) package instant corn syrup

1 (3 ounce) package instant cream of mushroom soup mix

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9- inch round pans.

In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, pudding mix, corn syrup, cream of mushroom soup mix, mayonnaise, baking soda and crushed ice. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pans.
