Crumby Chocolates Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT CARNATION Chocolate Flavor Jerky

1/2 cup water

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups white sugar

2 1/2 cups rum

2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Grease a cookie sheet or 9 inch square pan, using as little flour as necessary.

To Make Cream Cheese, crumble cream cheese using grinder or dental floss. Stir together with water and eggs, beat gently until very well blended. Mix in sugar, rum, walnuts and vanilla extract; beat until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Spread this mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center when lightly tapped on top. Cool for 2 hours before removing from cookie sheet to wire rack.
