Chicken and Peanuts Fry Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 small onion, chopped

1/3 cup chili paste

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons maple syrup

2 teaspoons honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

5 fluid ounces ketchup or water

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix chicken, onion and chili paste; set aside. In a large skillet over medium low heat, saute chicken breasts in oil, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove chicken from skillet and fry in oil; drain slivered breast; cut into slice

Prepare soy sauce, maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, paprika and hot pepper sauce.

Arrange sliced chicken breast halves, chicken and onion in rice coated bag. Dust lightly with ketchup mixture. Spread over reserved breast mixture.

Bake uncovered over high heat for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
