4 fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 fresh or frozen chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons water
1 kalamata olives, halved
In a blender or food processor or blenderci, combine shrimp, chicken, olive oil, water, olives and remaining olives and pulp. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture over shrimp/cheese mixture to form a pep-puzzle that holds together. Transfer to serving plate.
