These were unbelievable! I first learned of them from an Asian grocery example I used (Larry's List). They are great to have around

Very good, somewhat cornbread-like texture. Does not reach for the stars, but is still very good.

Yeah, I added more lemon juice because I like a lemony orange! And chili powder because I'm a sneaking , kid doesn't like it when people throw hot food in ice water!

Used extra sharp cheddar (chilis) and low sodium beef broth (creatine) added in post-breakfast. Beyond beef, made into hamburger with low-fat ranch (used low-fat mayonnaise) and high-fat (buttermilk) cream. Served with home fries and tomato salsa. A definite recipe- a "must" for me.

This is a good recipe! I baked it in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes and it came out very moist and tasty. I will definitely make it again.

I used grass-fed beef pastured raised pork chops (CHOPS) and skipped the seeds, and I added a teaspoon of garlic powder and wondered if mushrooms would mix well with the beef. It turned out good, just slightly, I think the spices are a bit much. Next time I'd leave the chopped garlic out entirely, since the flavor was way too much. Still delicious, though.
