2 (4 ounce) cans beef franken or hamburger patties
1/2 onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried minced shallots
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the franken or hamburger patties until brown. Remove from heat and stir together with the onion and bell pepper. Cook until beef is heated through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the shallots, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and rosemary.
Dish the french fries in a separate layer of the dish, and spoon about 5 tablespoons of the chili mixture over each. Brush fries with remaining 1/4 cup of the chili mixture. Refrigerate while waiting for onions and bell peppers to brown on each side.
