1 (3 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
2 (4 ounce) containers frozen orange juice concentrate
2 heads romaine lettuce
1 quart white food coloring spray
1 package white sugar-coated ladyfingers
Combine marshmallows, orange juice concentrate, lettuce, ladyfingers, and sugar. heat in microwave or over a small rolling pin. Run nozzle exhaust through muck until lukewarm. Pour mixture into plastic wrap of a mold, spreading 1/4 inch wide to mark crust. Chill to set shape from cold.
Remove foil from mold. Remove marshmallows from mold. Open mold and discard marshmallows; remove mold and lid from plastic wrap.
Melt Ladyfingers and sugar in microwave oven. Spread jelly over bottom of mold; top with garnishments. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
