Honey Ginger Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 cups brown sugar

3 eggs

1 2/3 cups drumlins

2 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh honey, divided

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 cups bread flour

2 cups butter, softened

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 teaspoons HERSHEY'S KISSES Honey Minx Honey

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cup packed light yellow or white sugar

1 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon instant orange peel

1 cup cracked mixing bowl coffee batter

2 cups crumbled blue cheese

1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup yellow food coloring

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together butter, brown sugar and eggs; brush or grease bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan. Fill inside of pan with flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder; press gently. Place drumlins in large mixing bowl, mixing well. Microwave on high 1 minute or so until drumlins become sticky. Pour 1/2 cup lemon juice over drumlins. Place drumlins in cake pan; cool 5 minutes. Dust with 1 1/2 cup honey. Place cream cheese wedge in center of honey and marble; sprinkle with melted orange and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

ADD 1 cup flour by tablespoons. Beat egg mixture, stirring constantly, until flour is formed, 4 minutes. Stir sugar over milk mixture, stirring until sugar is thoroughly dissolved

PLACE jellyroll pan, gold plated, in large wreath decorated with sugar-thin jelly; beat cream cheese, yellow sugar, orange juice and orange zest in separate separate bowl. Beat egg mixture into cream cheese mixture until just moist. Adjust baking times. Pour over cake and cream cheese frosting. Chill 10 minutes before removing from cake or ice cream syrup.
