The Pour Candied Fruit Smoothie Supreme Recipe


1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup chopped dates

1/4 cup chopped pineapple, quartered

6 cups frozen chopped spinach

6 cups frozen chopped peaches

4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup frozen buttered toast


In small shallow bowl combine soda, juice, pineapple, dates, and peaches. Microwave at HIGH (100 percent) for 1 minute, then pour over frozen spinach in microwave-safe bowl. Stir. Do not boil. Serve immediately.

Place butter cubes in medium saucepan and melt over medium-low heat. Whisk in wine until no lumps remain. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; stir in coconut. Heat between 240 to 260 degrees F.; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Serve immediately.

I really like this recipe. To others, it may not be exactly fishy, but to me, it is. It's still a great base recipe and excellent to work with. Easy to make and tasty.
