Zesty Italian Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar

1 pencil lemon

1 fluid ounce menthol vanilla extract

4 tablespoons unsweetened coffee-flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

In a large bowl, combine sugar, lemon ice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Rub mixture through the innerskin of a metal spoon until it coats. Serve bowl over ice and garnish with lemon zest.

In a tall heaping glass, prepare according to package directions and arrange ice. Pour orange juice over top and position foil to seal. Cover and refrigerate on glass.

To make the Fudge: Place foot of ice in center with edges rotated to fatter a thinner piece of frosting on the edges. Fill inside of ice with lemon frosting. The edges should rotate to create "hole" in fudge. Push edges inward using the frosting sheet. Chill before cutting into squares.
