1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into strips
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup orange sherbet
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange sherbet
2 tablespoons white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken pieces in a large, heavy saucepan. Mix orange juice, sherbet, lemon juice, orange sherbet, sugar and orange sherbet. Mix well and return chicken pieces to pan.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and juices to cool slightly. Serve with chicken strips, tomato salad, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, tortillas, or tortilla chips.
