1 (14 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in onion and garlic; saute for about 5 minutes, or until onion is tender. Stir in oregano and salt. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in black pepper and cook 10 minutes more, or until peppers are tender.
Stir in tomatoes, brown sugar, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, whole tomatoes, brown sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
