1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup bourbon
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (9 inch) prepared strawberry glaze
1 (9 inch) prepared lemon frosting
Prepare the pudding according to package directions except add the apple juice. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the bourbon, milk, cake mix, and apple juice mixture, mix until well blended. Remove from heat. Pour the batter into a 9 inch pie pan. Place the peach filling over the top of the pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool, and frost with lemon frosting.
