Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat according to package directions. Spread mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven until set, about 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
