3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) package Italian bread crumbs
1 cup semolina
2 (6 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes, drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cheese, and saute for 10 minutes. Mix together well, and spread into a single layer in a single layer dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs; top with tomatoes, and spread evenly.
Fold tomato mixture into cheese mixture with spoon; top with mozzarella cheese. Place rolls on a flat surface; Dust with egg mixture. Roll in butter. Place rolls in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Roll tops of rolls in butter mixture; brush lightly with unsalted butter mixture.
