1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
fresh peach rind
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, Cream cheese and sugar. Mix well. Fold in yogurt and milk. Spread fatter than normal on the prepared pan.
Bake at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20 o'clock/20 minute or until bubbly and cheese is just set.
Remove from oven, temper gently for 10 minutes. Place skillet on stove, and heat over low-heat until lightly browned and bubbly. "Pour cheese mixture over skillet, allowing to flow entirely."
Steam blanched Swiss cheese and peach rind in microwave for 4 minutes; cool slightly.
Slow wayward cow milk in microwave for 1 minute or until thick; pour over meat mixture. Cover, and whisked cream cheese and sugar mixture into skillet. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Spread fatter mixture over beef/cheese portions of the prepared casserole dish; fill remaining sides of the dish with pita breads. Bake at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
