1 cup baby carrots
1 cup water
2 teaspoons seasoned dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 (1 pound) whole chicken, steamed
1 (7 ounce) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, carefully mix carrots, water, mustard and garlic powder. Season with salt, basil, parsley, chicken, mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture, mixing until well mixed.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until well done.
Had some jalapenos too. Good flavor.
