1 cup crushed cooked chicken with rice
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chicken broth
In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, cornstarch, sugar, allspice and salt. Mix together well and heat to a boil over high heat.
Stir chicken into broth according to package directions. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Remove chicken, shred and place in a large bowl. Add beans, browning well on all sides. Transfer to a large dish and top with cornstarch mixture and orange zest. Stir all together and serve with rice mixture.
