1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 strain cheese of your choice, cut into cubes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 slab bacon, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 onion, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup sliced pepperjack cheese
In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, veal sausage, Cheddar cheese, bacon and onion. Spread onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with oil. Top with cheese mixture and sprinkle with pepperjack cheese.
