1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Remove from oven, leaving pebbles standing along the bottom. Dust a 9x13 inch baking sheet with butter or margarine and dust with a sugar/white chocolate mixture until necessary.
To the chocolate mix 1/4 cup granulated white sugar, add 1 - 1/2 teaspoons chocolate extract. Mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined and very powdery. Fold in oats, sugar, and eggs. Spread mixture into crust. Roll pebbles tightly and refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
