2/3 cup diced celery
1 onion, halved
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch dried dill weed
1 (5 ounce) can portobello mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package fresh strawberries, sliced
3 lemons, juiced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Slice celery and onion into 1/4 inch slices.
Mix together garlic salt, dill weed, portobello mushrooms, lemon juice, strawberries, lemon peel and paprika. Mix together well.
Place celery slices onto grill. Grill steak, turning frequently, until temperature reaches 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Flip steak and celery slices over to cook other side.
