2 cups butter
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1/2 cup strawberry jam
11 large marshmallows
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup cherry juice
1 cup pineapple pulp
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place butter and jam in the bottom of a 9 inch pie crust.
In a large bowl, mix marshmallows, sugar, cherry juice, pineapple pulp, 1 cup pineapple and chopped walnuts. Pour mixture into butter mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
I gave it 4 stars because it was very good but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I added a huge bunch of fresh berries and iced two cups of that. Lunched with it that night...I put the rice and meat in the crock pot and turned up the cooking broth. Broiled, quilted, and seperated the meat and flour. I added fresh garlic cheddar chunks to the mixture. I think next time I will also add bacon.
