1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup olive oil
1 onion, grated
1 cup carrot, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon minced clove garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg yolk
In a shallow dish, mix the olive oil, onion, carrot, tomato, sugar, onion, carrot, tomato, sugar, onion, carrot, tomato, sugar, onion and garlic. Mix well to coat. Shape mixture into a small paste or bag.
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, carrot stock, broth, celery and garlic. Mix well and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and egg yolk and simmer for another two minutes. Stir chicken mixture, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
