This is an excellent salad recipe! I was actually looking for something sweet to complement the chicken breast cook, and this fit the bill. I made it double the recipe since I didn't have enough dressing for the whole dish. I didn't have toast, so I substituted banana bread with freshly baked, simple breadcrumbs. I took the suggestion of a previous reviewer - put the coating on right before you put on your meat. I also took the suggestion of another reviewer - coat the turkey cardi with the ham. I had to refrigerate the meat part of the recipe because the bread crumbs didn't set up, and I had to bake it another 15 minutes. The flavor was awesome - I ate some early and my husband complained that the bread was making him sick. My 11 yo loved this recipe 100%. Would definitely make it again! Thank you!
