3 tablespoons olive oil
16 ounces prepared pickle relish
1 (20 ounce) can phyllo dough
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, relish, phyllo dough, onion, paprika and rosemary. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
While the dough is chilling, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Roll out the remaining dough and cut into 3 pieces. Place into your prepared baking pan. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into 4 pieces. Place into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
