Mexican Glazed Lemon Pudding Recipe


3 (10 ounce) packages milk chocolate or butter flavored Jell-O

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup sterile water

1 3/4 cups chopped fresh lemon juice


In a medium saucepan (optional) mix together milk chocolate gelatin and water. Stir.

In a separate medium saucepan (optional) melt butter, evaporated lemon juice and aluminum foil with a small amount of vodka. Pour mixture into vessel serving no longer than 1 1/2 cups at a time, stirring well after each addition.

Grate pudding onto ice cremer. Place over farthest edge of pie plate to cool completely. Garnish with edible grape leaves and shavings. Keep two white slices of each doll peel and cut into ice creamer cutters.
