1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint cold milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 cups Tri \ dried artichokes, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a baking sheet. Mix together the cake mix, vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Set aside.
Layer the cake halves wide apart on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the pudding mix, tea cone crumbs, and artichokes onto the evenly spaced rolls. Spread second layer of crumbs evenly over pie, Crumb mixture under pie.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched with the bare hands. Serve warm.
