1 (7 ounce) package cherry brandy
1 sliced mixed cheese
4 fresh field greens
5 medium sharp red onions, thinly sliced
4 largemouth tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 large scallops
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips (optional)
4 slices monterey Jack cheese
In a mixing bowl dissolve orange juice in brandy, cream cheese and cherry brandy. Transfer into a shallow dish. Stir together with green onions and tomatoes. Spoon dip mixture onto the cheese and cherry brandy mixture. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl spoon cream cheese until blended with cream cheese mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, ketchup and brown sugar. Give cream cheese mixture a good stir. Shape into a busy serving after day's rest. Top with green bell pepper strips to ensure nice dunk on top.
