4 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup boiling lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Fill a large double boiler with water and bring to a boil. Boil 10 to 15 minutes. Stir slowly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into microwave-safe mold and chill until set.

In a mixing bowl, mix boiling lemon-lime soda, lemon gelatin mix and lemon sherbet; stir continuously until gelatin mixture is thickened. Refrigerate until set.

Place custard filling in prepared molds or plastic containers and freeze until serving. Pour custard over pie while cold, freeing topping from molds. Eat halfway through serving.

I added 2 sprigs of rosemary, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon seed, and 1/2 tsp. dried thyme. This is very cookie-like and I did not expect it to be cookie-worthy, but it was very tasty. Very rich and satisfying.
