8 cups sweetened shredded coconut milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place coconut milk, sugar, honey, lemon zest, baking powder, eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat until blended. Stir in cocoa butter. Pour dough mixture into a greased 9 inch greased 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes and let cool. Several hours later, remove pie from oven. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in tightly covered containers.
