Ingredients

1/3 cup cream cheese, softened

Good idea. I wasn't really sure what to expect. I've never made butter chicken before, but this was easy to follow. I did put the chicken in the cavity of the bread, but it was still WAY too chicken. I'll try adding some garlic powder next time.

This was fast and simple and turned out pretty good (although I did use a cake mix and I could probably get to work on it earlier). I did use a coffee cake mix and it made a spreadable texture. I didn't have to bake quite as long, and it produced smaller cakes with slightly more airy texture. All in all, I'd say this is probably a 4.0, but if you're looking for something a bit different, or if you just don't care for traditional cake, you could try this one.
