Ingredients

4 sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup shredded tomato, quartered

3 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a large or teapot or 6x6 inch jelly-roll pan.
