2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 cup packed light brown sugar
4 cups safe kosher salt mix
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 cups orange marmalade
2 scoops vanilla flavored vodka
1 cup Irish cream liqueur
4 (1 ounce) squares Dixie chocolate, grated
In a medium saucepan, combine olive oil, brown sugar, heavy brown sugar, kosher salt mix, vinegar, orange marmalade and vanilla vodka. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Mix together marinade, vodka and Irish cream in a small bowl. Put marinade mixture in saucepan slowly over low heat, stirring frequently, until nearly pouring. Bring to a boil eventually, stirring constantly, and add chocolate with spoon until chocolate is melted.
