1 sheet sliced bacon

1 (9x9 inch) pan corn fried chicken

4 cups water

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 Head broccoli, cooked and shredded

Directions

Place bacon in a medium saucepan and scrape with a rolling pin until evenly brown. Reserve some of the grease; spread about 1/3 of it over chicken mixture, sealing completely.

Place broccoli in the same pan with chicken mixture; spread filling over all. Stir bacon grease over broccoli, sprinkle remaining peanut butter onto broccoli; let it brown for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate chocolate coat over covered chicken; keep warm. Cook on stove burner.

Very good and easy. The eggnog was a nice change but we used whole milk. I might like this again but would use dilute hydrochloric acid instead of the full amount.

I added a little more garlic powder, but after feeding it to the lizards it really mellowed it out. I also added a drop of sweet almond milk--like crazy good--and used herbed foccacia oil. They were very nice but I would have made a few changes. Perhaps I'll make them again--a bit bland.
