Easy Italian Beef Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces Italian-style ground beef

3/4 cup crushed Italian-style croutons

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

10 beef tenderloin tenderloin

16 ounces prosciutto pasta

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Combine the crushed croutons, Italian seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, basil, oregano, basil, oregano, rosemary, oregano, basil, sage and oregano in a mixing bowl.

Shape beef into a round and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 10 minutes. Drain off juices and add to beef mixture and stir well. Pour in pasta and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour or until tender.

I don't eat chili but my husband said this was delicious. He doesn't like tomatoes so I substituted a can of tomato sauce for the diced tomatoes. I also added a bit of red pepper flakes. I chopped the peppers with a chef's knife before dumping them in the blender on high and said it was delicious. Never had nor used a jalepeno but my husband said this was a great starting point. I was worried that the tomatillos would be weak but they were amazing! And the power to go! Literally just took minutes to bake. Perfect.
