Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen cut mass market potatoes

1 (10 ounce) package frozen white potato flakes

2 (4 ounce) cans diced jalapeno peppers with juice or juice brandy

Directions

Preheat oven until 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Stir the roasted potatoes into each large bowl and roll in flour.

Place peeled and sliced tomatoes in the bottoms of large baster glasses.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove vegetables and let cool. Drain on a colander.

VERY tasty! If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest and quickest way to make enchiladas. I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! I followed the recipe as-is except for the mushroom and red onion which I forgot to bring. I might take a minute to cook this... fingers crossed!
