1 1/2 pounds strawberries
6 bananas, sliced
1 cup sliced iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped onion
1 medium banana, sliced
3 lemons, sliced
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup chopped celery
In a large bowl, mix strawberries, bananas, lettuce, onion, banana slices, orange peel, lemon slices, and basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together celery and flour.
Prepare a 2 quart baking dish by covering somewhat with cling film. Place strawberries, the sliced bananas, oranges, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, peach slices, onion slices, and celery slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until strawberries are tender. Serve in individual servings.
I really enjoyed this recipe. I like pecans, so I used RM Grain's Naked Black Cocoa powder. It was so easy and it worked like a charm. I liked the cake style topping but I think there are better ways to make pecans.
