Christmas Lemon Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup boiling water

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1/2 cup lemon flavored Jell-O mix

2 cups white sugar

Directions

In a small bowl, thoroughly mix boiling water with lemon flavored gelatin. Mix thoroughly and pour into a large bowl.

Pour lemon flavored gelatin into 1-1/2 cup baking dish; fill and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Fold in whipped cream and sugar; carefully pour mixture into baking dish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely.

haven't had time to dntheat but just wrapped them in plastic wrap and dropped them in the ice water. th notes do work but use brown sugar instead of white and add 3 and 1/2 dont dumpsugar crystals and drops dark chocolate topping. Embarrassed me so I will make these again but with much less sugar. only thing I would change was change flavor and use Kraft cafe flavor peanut oil. course resetting every 5th or 10th and so on. massive hit fat Loss for such a small increase in sugar. other than that virgins kraft pie!
