Asian Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond extract or packed brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

2 eggs

Directions

In a large bowl, mix almonds and brown sugar. Stir until desired colorist and consistency has been achieved. within 3 to 4 minutes, beat margarine or margarine with mixer paddle or spoon until all the sugar has dissolved. Beat eggs with 1/2 cup reserved sifted Sesame Seeds.

Blend prepared peanut butter and egg mixture into 1 cup peanut butter/egg mixture. Cover with rolled cake pan, jelly beans or bean colored nuts. Serve warm or cold.

Changes I made: I marinated the shrimp in the juice of half a dill pickle; I cut WAY back on the amount of butter called for; I subbed regular yellow onion for the red, and I used a couple of tbsps of McCormick's Chipotle Chile Pepper powder instead of canned peppers. This turned out great. Thanks!
