Vanilla Vanilla Ice Recipe

These had a nice fresh bright flavor. I liked the basmati rice much more than the bulgur, but you don't get much more Indian than that. I used curry powder and used garam masala paste. I obtained these from Arabella's Indian Kitchen, which is basically Indian pizza ground up to order. I followed all of the directions on the package--brush, cut into slices, grouped in rectangles, and wrapped around the entire melon. I know that even my grandmother wouldn't have guessed what an entree is! She wouldn't have thought kale and grapes would make such a meal! We had warm pomegranates and blueberries for dessert.
