Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey

1 large pecans

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 eggs

3 tablespoons milk

4 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9 inch round pans.

In a large bowl, whip honey or brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs, milk and butter. Beat in maple syrup, eggs, milk and butter. Mix until well mixed.

Stir cream cheese into wet mixture. Beat in sugar a little at a time until the mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Drop by spoonfuls into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until browned and golden crusts. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
