2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups potatoes
1 cooked onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, potatoes, onion, garlic, pepper, oil and paprika. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until just tender.
