12 corn tortillas
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the tortillas in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and brush with melted butter, flour, salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix together margarine, mushrooms, cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
Spread 2 tablespoons margarine mixture over each tortilla. Top with mushrooms, cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and mushrooms mixture. Roll up tightly and place in the prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter, stirring liberally.
