9 ounces extra-firm tofu
1 large onion, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons dried herby cream seasoning
2 teaspoons dried oregano
4 (8 ounce) cans spaghetti sauce
2 cups freshly prepared noodle dish pasta
2 cloves garlic powder
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
In a heavy skillet, cook and stir tofu over medium heat until brown. Stir in onions. Stir in garlic, aromatics, olive oil, herby cream, oregano, spaghetti sauce, noodles, garlic powder, salt, pepper and basil. Cook, stirring pasta and wine into the skillet. Pour sauce over mixture.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
